Broker Reports Merger As Part Of Internal Business Reorganization

Scioto Energy, LLC reported that, as part of an internal
business reorganization, it has merged into New River Group, LLC
Scioto stated, "There is no change in ownership or management structure as a result of the merger. The
principal officers, directors, and partners remain the same: Gregory F. Bechert and Susanne
Buckley are the Managing Partners of New River Group, LLC, consistent with their ownership of
Scioto Energy, LLC, prior to the merger."
All controllers and key personnel associated with New
River Group, LLC are identical to those previously associated with Scioto Energy, LLC, the company said
New River Group, LLC will be the entity holding retail energy broker licenses, in place of the entity Scioto Energy, LLC
Scioto Energy remains a registered trade name of New River Group, LLC
