CenterPoint-TDU Files To Lower Rider TEEEF Charged To Retail Electric Providers

CenterPoint Energy Houston Electric, LLC has filed to reduce Rider TEEEF (Temporary Emergency Electric Energy Facilities) as a result of CEHE conveying to ERCOT and CPS Energy fifteen 32 MW
TEEEF units currently leased by CEHE, to help address a lack of local capacity and transmission import capacity resulting from the retirement of certain of CPS Energy's Braunig units

With the 15 units not being used for CEHE service during this period, CEHE filed to reduce Rider TEEEF as follows:
Further reductions in CEHE's Rider TEEEF are expected in 2026 and 2027 as a result of no longer leasing the relevant 15 units
