Commonwealth Edison has filed with the Illinois Commerce Commission updates to its Purchase of Receivables (POR) flat per-bill Cost Recovery Amount (CRA), as well as the Uncollectible Factor (UF), which constitute the discount applied to the receivables purchased from retail electric suppliers

Effective June 1, 2025, ComEd's POR Cost Recovery Amount (CRA) is to be $0.12 per bill, down from the current $0.14 per bill.

The CRA recovers administrative and similar costs of the POR program

Effective June 1, 2025, ComEd's POR Uncollectible Factor (UF) is to be 1.0072, down from the current 1.0102

Based on ComEd's POR discount formula, a UF of 1.0072 corresponds to an effective uncollectible discount percentage rate of 0.71% (down from the current 1.01%).

The updated values are to be in place from June 2025 through May 2026
