Parent Merges Broker Entities, Takes Action On Retail Supplier Licenses

Midwest Energy, Inc and Premier Power Solutions, LLC, both of which were previously acquired by NextEra Energy, have each been merged with NextEra's USource, LLC
While the entities are all owned by NextEra, Midwest Energy and Premier Power Solutions have not previously been described as being merged with USource
Separately, the entity NextEra Energy Services Pennsylvania, LLC filed to withdraw its Pennsylvania natural gas supplier (NGS) license, stating that NextEra Energy Services Pennsylvania, LLC has not and does not currently serve any natural gas customers in Pennsylvania
In addition to NextEra's Frontier Utilities which is currently licensed as an NGS in Pennsylvania, the entity NextEra Energy Services New York, LLC has newly applied for a Pennsylvania natural gas supplier license to serve all customer classes in all service areas
