The PUC of Ohio has assigned Case No. 25-177-GA-ORD for a review Of Ohio Adm.Code Chapter 4901:1-13
Chapter 4901:1-13, relating to natural gas utilities, includes, among other sections, rules governing gas utility bills, including those issued on behalf of a retail supplier (utility consolidated billing), and coordination between gas utilities and retail natural gas suppliers
A PUCO case form assigning the case number is captioned simply as, "IN THE MATTER OF THE COMMISSION’S
REVIEW OF OHIO ADM.CODE CHAPTER
