NRG's Home retail electric and natural gas customer count was 5,820,000 as of December 31, 2024, up from 5,771,000 as of September 30, 2024, though down from 5,827,000 as of December 31, 2023
Home retail customer count includes recurring residential customers, services customers, and community choice
NRG's Vivint Smart Home customer count was 2,154,000 as of December 31, 2024, up from 2,043,000 a year ago
NRG's total Home retail and Vivint Smart Home customer count was 7,974,000 as of December 31, 2024
