Retail Supplier Acquires Customer Book

Powervine Energy has acquired a book of retail electric customers in Ohio from Realgy Energy Services
As previously reported, Realgy Energy Services agreed to cease retail energy supply service in Ohio, where it served both electric and gas customers, as a condition of a settlement approved by the PUC of Ohio. See details here
In Ohio, Powervine Energy is only licensed as an electric supplier
The disposition of Realgy's Ohio natural gas customers was not immediately clear
The date on which Realgy Energy Services' Ohio supplier licenses were set to expire was extended to about January 15, 2025, in order to allow additional time for a wind-down of Realgy's Ohio operations. Both of Realgy's Ohio certificates have now expired
