Retail Supplier Confirms Drop Of Customers To Default Service, Relinquishes License

Eligo Energy MD, LLC filed at the Maryland PSC to relinquish its natural gas supplier license
"Eligo Energy MD, LLC ('Eligo') is licensed in the state of Maryland to provide gas
services under License No. IR-4137. Eligo dropped all previous customers and currently does not
serve gas customers in the State of Maryland," Eligo stated
Eligo stated that it will maintain and seek renewal of its electric supplier license in Maryland
Marketing Systems Group, LLC, a broker affiliated with Eligo, filed to relinquish its Maryland electric broker license
