New York PSC Approves Two New Municipal Aggregation Administrators

The New York Public Service Commission has newly authorized two companies to serve as municipal aggregation (CCA) administrators: Mid-Hudson Energy Transition, Inc. (MHET), and PowerMarket
The PSC said that, currently, there are 45 municipalities participating in New York State’s CCA program.
