Regulator's Staff Issues Draft Findings Of Non-Compliance With RPS, Related Security Requirements By Retail Suppliers

The Office of Education, Outreach, and Enforcement (EOE) of the Connecticut PURA petitioned PURA to issue a draft order on RPS compliance, and the increased security amounts related to RPS required from retail suppliers, for the year 2023
EOE's sought draft order alleges REC shortfalls, and the need for attendant required ACPs, by about 20 retail suppliers
EOE's sought draft order alleges that about a dozen retail suppliers have inadequate security related to RPS
Suppliers routinely have had to file to correct erroneous RPS compliance data contained in such draft findings in prior years
