Texas TDU Implements Chat Functionality For REP Portal

Texas-New Mexico Power announced that a Chat function is now available for retail electric providers through the TDU's REP Portal.
TNMP said that REPs may utilize Chat for any questions or inquiries that REPs would normally direct to TNMP's REP Relations department.
Chat will be available on business days, Monday – Friday, from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM (local time).
