Retail Supplier Expands CHP Offerings To Two New States
The following story is brought free of charge to readers by VertexOne, the exclusive EDI provider of EnergyChoiceMatters.com
Catalyst Power Holdings LLC, which describes itself as an independent integrated provider of retail energy and cleaner energy solutions for the commercial and industrial sector, is expanding the availability and service of its cogeneration systems (CHP) to Connecticut and Massachusetts.
Under a joint venture announced last year with Cogeneration specialist OHA Power, Catalyst Power's cogeneration systems have been installed for small and mid-sized businesses in New York and New Jersey.
In addition to cogeneration modules that produce electricity and heat, Catalyst Power said that its cogeneration projects typically replace major boiler room equipment, including boilers, water heaters, and chilled water systems. These upgrades are complemented by implementing a modular, "inside the fence" cogeneration system funded, owned and operated by Catalyst Power.
