Constellation Acquires Retail Energy Business

Constellation is acquiring the retail electric business operated by MidAmerican Energy Services
Constellation Energy will be the successor in interest to MidAmerican Energy
Services' retail electric business in all states
MidAmerican Energy
Services states that, "MidAmerican Energy
Services, LLC ('MidAmerican Energy Services') is currently implementing a corporate restructuring, and retail
energy markets will no longer be our primary focus."
Service under Constellation will maintain the same "material" contractual terms and conditions for all
customers, including pricing, through the term of the transferred agreements
Customers transfers are to begin in January 2025
