Two entities using Atlas in their names have registered as Texas electric brokers
Specifically, Atlas Sales Group, and separately Atlas Marketing Group, each have filed a registration as a Texas retail electric broker
According to Texas Secretary of State records, Brittany Drozd serves as a managing member at both Atlas Sales Group LLC, which was newly formed earlier this year, and Atlas Marketing Group LLC, which was formed in 2023. Dustin Drozd also serves as a managing member at Atlas Sales Group LLC and is listed as COO for both entities
Dustin Drozd previously served as CEO of broker Mandala Energy
Neither Atlas Sales Group nor Atlas Marketing Group are affiliated with any of the various other brokers or other retail energy entities using the name Atlas, either in Texas or elsewhere
