Under the standard New York ESCO eligibility process, First Point Power, LLC's New York market entry now proceeds to the utility approval stage, including EDI Phase III testing and the execution of billing services agreements
DPS Staff will provide confirmation of First Point Power, LLC's's final ESCO eligibility after the utility phase is complete
First Point Power, LLC's initial New York ESCO eligibility is limited to service to large non-residential customers, for electricity only
First Point Power, LLC's current operations include service in all of the New England retail electric markets
