Company Linked To Crypto Mining Developer Seeks Texas REP Certificate
The following story is brought free of charge to readers by VertexOne, the exclusive EDI provider of EnergyChoiceMatters.com
Trinita Power Inc., a start-up, applied for an Option 2 Texas retail electric provider certificate
Option 2 REPs are limited to serving customers 1 MW and larger which provide an affidavit agreeing to such service
A phone number listed in Trinita Power's REP application as associated with Trinita Power has apparently been used in employment ads for a data center company, including in an ad posted within the last month. Such employment ad suggests that the ad is from TDTC, which develops crytpo mining facilities. Additionally, Trinita Power Inc.'s address as listed in the REP application is the same address (including the same suite number) as used by TDTC
Junpeng Yang serves as Principal at Trinita Power
