Apple Energy LLC, a unit of Apple, has entered into a transaction to sell its Bonnybrooke solar facility, a 50 MW (nameplate) solar photovoltaic generating facility, and related generator interconnection facilities, located in Pinal County, Arizona, to Salt River Project Agricultural Improvement and Power District

All of the Bonnybrooke Facility’s energy and capacity is currently fully committed to SRP under a long-term firm power purchase agreement for a 25-year term that expires upon the earlier of January 19, 2042 or the sale of the Bonnybrooke Facility to SRP
