New Texas Broker Drops Use Of Name Payless Energy

LVPower LLC was formerly known as Payless Energy LLC and had first filed a Texas broker registration in May (see ECM's prior story here)
LVPower LLC recently filed at the Texas Secretary of State to change its legal name from Payless Energy LLC to LVPower LLC
As previously reported, Quy Huynh serves as Managing Member and owner of LVPower LLC
As previously reported, LVPower LLC (formerly Payless Energy LLC) does not appear to be legally affiliated with Texas retail electric provider Payless Power, a trade name of Young Energy
LVPower LLC also does not appear to be affiliated with the Northeast retail supplier Pay Less Energy, LLC
