Update On Retail Customer Book Acquisition

The recently reported acquisition of an Approved Energy natural gas retail customer book by a NextEra Energy company is now confirmed to include, at a minimum, customers in Pennsylvania
Specifically, in Pennsylvania, NextEra's retail supplier Frontier Utilities Northeast, LLC is acquiring the Pennsylvania natural gas customers of Approved
Energy II, LLC
Approved Energy informed the Pennsylvania PUC that all current customer contracts will be honored in accordance
with their terms.
While the Pennsylvania customers have now been confirmed to be included in the transaction, EnergyChoiceMatters, as previously reported, understands that the transaction includes substantially all of Approved's retail gas customers
