Catalyst Power Holdings LLC formally announced today that it has acquired Robison Energy, LLC, a New York ESCO focused in the ConEd footprint.

The acquisition expands Catalyst Power's C&I customer base and channel partner relationships in Putnam and Westchester Counties, NY, Catalyst said
