Texas Retail Provider Reassesses Business Plan, Won't Withdraw REP Certificate

Clearview Power, Inc. is withdrawing its filing with the Texas PUC to relinquish its Option 1 Texas retail electric provider certificate, stating that Clearview has reassessed its business plan for Texas
"Clearview Power has decided to reassess its business
plan in the Texas market, and Clearview Power wishes to withdrawal [sic] its application to
relinquish its REP certificate 10129 at this time," Clearview said in a September 5 filing with the Texas PUC
Clearview previously noted that it stopped all retail electric operations in Texas in December 2022 and had not been serving Texas customers
