NRG Controllable Load Services LLC Said To File Notice In Texas PUC's Retail Provider Cessation Of Operations Docket
The following story is brought free of charge to readers by VertexOne, the exclusive EDI provider of EnergyChoiceMatters.com
On August 26, a filing was made in Texas PUC project 54907, relating to notices of cessation of operations for retail electric providers, which was filed entirely under seal
The filing caption on the PUC's docket management site lists the filing party as NRG Controllable Load Services LLC, and captions the confidential filing as, "notice".
As the entirety of the filing was made on a confidential basis, EnergyChoiceMatters.com cannot aver that this caption is accurate, but has no reason to doubt that it is correct
NRG Controllable Load Services LLC was certificated as an Option 1 REP in 2022. It was not clear if NRG Controllable Load Services LLC ever served customers, but a cursory review of EIA data suggests that NRG Controllable Load Services LLC had not served retail electric customers in 2022 or 2023
