Rivian Files Amendment To New Texas Broker Registration

Electric vehicle manufacturer Rivian filed with the Texas PUC what Rivian termed an amended retail electric broker registration
Under what was termed Rivian's amended broker registration, the registering entity is now listed as Rivian, LLC, rather than Rivian Automotive, LLC which had been the listed registering entity under an August 2 broker registration.
The earlier August 2 registration had listed "Rivian, LLC" as a trade/commercial name of the registrant Rivian Automotive, LLC
The filing of a Texas electric broker registration by a Rivian company had been first reported by EnergyChoiceMatters.com on August 2
