Texas PUC Planning To Refresh Power To Choose Site

The Texas PUC is including as part of its budget proposal to lawmakers, as part of an addition to its baseline budget, appropriations to conduct a refresh of the Power to Choose website
Among other things, Power to Choose includes a voluntary list of retail electric provider offers, in addition to the PUC's REP complaint scorecard, customer education, and other resources
PUC Staff said that the Power to Choose site was last significantly updated in 2015, and the refresh is to update the site to a modern architecture and user interface
