New York ESCO Receives Retail Supplier License In New State

The PUC of Ohio granted Platinum Energy1, LLC a natural gas retail supplier license to serve all customer classes in all service areas
As previously reported, Platinum Energy1, LLC described its Ohio operations as that of a retail supplier, and selected "Retail Natural Gas Marketer", "Retail Natural Gas Aggregator", and "Retail Natural Gas Broker" on its Ohio supplier application. The application was filed using the -CRS case code (used for load-serving retail suppliers and not brokers)
