Texas REP Offering Customer Referral Competition

Octopus Energy announced a customer referral contest for Texas customers, held through July 31
Customers referring an enrollment will receive $50.
The referred customer will be paid $100 for enrolling onto Octopus Energy's Intelligent Octopus flexible energy plan, or be paid $50 for enrolling onto the standard Octo 12 plan
There will be no limit on the number of referral payments a customer can earn
Octopus will pay $500 to the customer with the most points from referrals. Aside from a referral, points are awarded to the referring customer for the referred customer enrolling onto Intelligent Octopus and for each device connected under Intelligent Octopus
Second place will be paid $400; third, $300
Five other referrers will win an extra $50 in a draw.
Referrals are paid as bill credits
For both parties to receive their referral credits, the referring customer must be on supply for 30 days and have paid their first bill
