More Texas TDUs Extend Disconnect For Non-Pay Moratorium

CenterPoint Energy Houston Electric is suspending disconnections for non-pay for its entire service area through July 29, 2024
Texas-New Mexico Power is extending its DNP moratorium through Friday, July 26, 2024 for Brazoria, Galveston and Matagorda counties
As first reported by EnergyChoiceMatters.com yesterday, AEP Texas previously announced a DNP moratorium through Friday, July 26, 2024 for all counties listed in Governor Greg Abbott’s [sic] July 6, 2024 Proclamation.
As previously reported, AEP Texas in an initial market notice for such extension had stated that the extended DNP moratorium had been "ordered" by the Texas PUC. AEP Texas issued a "correction" to such notice removing the statement that the moratorium had been "ordered" by the PUC
