Expanding Broker, Newly Using Name Integrity "NRG", Seeks Pennsylvania Licenses

Integrity NRG Services of Pennsylvania LLC has filed applications for Pennsylvania electricity and natural gas broker/marketer licenses to serve all customer classes in all service areas
Integrity NRG Services of Pennsylvania LLC appears to be part of, or the same entity using a different name as part of its foreign LLC registration in Pennsylvania, New Jersey-based Integrity Energy Services, LLC, which is a long-time registered agent and aggregator in New Jersey
Through most of the Pennsylvania applications, Integrity NRG Services of Pennsylvania LLC used its legal name "Integrity NRG Services of Pennsylvania LLC", which is the name registered with the Pennsylvania Department of State as a foreign LLC
In both Pennsylvania applications, Integrity NRG Services of Pennsylvania LLC stated, in response to a question concerning fictitious names, that it would not be using a fictitious name in Pennsylvania
However, several appendices to the applications refer to Integrity Energy Services LLC, rather than the PA DOS name. Among these is an appendix describing its proposed service, in which Integrity NRG Services of Pennsylvania LLC stated, "Integrity Energy Services LLC has customers that own/manage properties within PA, our
plan is to service these properties with consultation and procurement services as we do in
other States."
"There is no plan to actively market through direct solicitation in the state of PA," Integrity NRG Services of Pennsylvania LLC stated in the application
It does not appear that New Jersey-based Integrity Energy Services, LLC has previously used the letters "NRG" in its brand name, but its web domain has been integritynrg.com
Neither Integrity NRG Services of Pennsylvania LLC nor New Jersey-based Integrity Energy Services, LLC are affiliated with Integrity Communications of Ohio LLC (later Integrity Energy, Ltd.) d/b/a Integrity Energy which is currently licensed as a Pennsylvania gas and electric broker.
Neither Integrity NRG Services of Pennsylvania LLC nor New Jersey-based Integrity Energy Services, LLC are affiliated with NRG Energy, Inc.
