PECO Small C&I Generation Rates Increasing 8% On September 1

PECO has filed with the Pennsylvania PUC new electric Generation Supply Adjustment (GSA) charges for the period beginning September 1, 2024.
The GSA (labeled generation charge) is the largest component of the Price to Compare (PTC). The PTC also includes the transmission charge; new PTCs have not yet been posted
For residential customers (R, RH), PECO's GSA effective September 1, 2024 will be $0.08380 per kWh, marginally lower than the current $0.08412 per kWh
For General Service (GS) customers at or under 100 kW, PECO's GSA effective September 1 will be $ 0.08307 per kWh, 8% higher than the current $0.07684 per kWh
For Primary - Distribution Power (PD) customers at or under 100 kW, PECO's GSA effective September 1 will be $0.08164 per kWh, 8% higher than the current $ 0.07551 per kWh
For High - Tension Power (HT) customers at or under 100 kW, PECO's GSA effective September 1 will be $0.07830 per kWh, 8% higher than the current $0.07241 per kWh
The new GSAs are to be effective September 1, 2024 through November 30, 2024. The rates remain subject to PUC approval.
