Texas TDUs Extend Disconnect For Non-Pay Moratoriums

CenterPoint Energy Houston Electric said in a market notice that disconnections for non-pay are now suspended under a Force Majeure moratorium through Friday July 19, 2024, "while CenterPoint Energy resources remain focused on restoration."
Separately, Texas-New Mexico Power said that it is extending its DNP moratorium in Brazoria, Galveston and Matagorda counties through Tuesday, July 16, 2024,"[i]n order to focus on restoration[.]"
