Retail Supplier Sells Power Plants, Buyer Named

Energy Services, LLC (UGIES) has entered into a transaction to sell to Riverview Power Holdings LLC
(Riverview) 100% of the interests in UGI Development Company (UGID) which owns, directly and indirectly, several generating stations
UGID owns
100% of the Hunlock Creek Energy Center Generating Station, a
combined-cycle generation facility located in Hunlock Township, Lucerne County, Pennsylvania. The Hunlock Creek Facility has a nameplate capacity of 145.9
MW and a seasonal capacity of approximately 126 MW
UGID also owns 100% of the interests in Hunlock Energy,
LLC (Hunlock). Hunlock owns and operates the approximately 44 MW Hunlock Facility (Unit 4), a simple
cycle, natural gas-fired generation facility located near the town of Hunlock Creek, Pennsylvania
UGIES currently owns 100% of the ownership interests in UGID,
including Hunlock.
"The Transaction is a straightforward sale by UGIES of 100% of the
ownership interests in UGID to Riverview pursuant to the Stock Purchase Agreement," UGIES said
Following
the consummation of the Transaction, UGIES will no longer hold any ownership interests in
UGID or Hunlock.
