Update On Retail Supplier's Recent Customer Book Acquisition

Major Energy Services, LLC and Inspire Energy Holdings, LLC have confirmed that Major Energy's acquisition of certain of Inspire's residential natural gas customers includes gas customers in Pennsylvania
EnergyChoiceMatters.com previously reported that Major was acquiring residential natural gas customers from Inspire in Ohio
A filing by the companies in Pennsylvania, part of which was redacted, indicates that the customers being acquired by Major are located at Columbia Gas of Pennsylvania, Equitable Gas (Peoples), PECO, Peoples Natural Gas, Philadelphia Gas Works, and UGI Utilities
Notably, in Pennsylvania, Inspire told the PUC that Inspire does not intend to relinquish its natural gas supplier license because Inspire intends to continue serving customers in Pennsylvania
Major Energy will honor the acquired customers' current agreements in place
with Inspire and, except for a change in the supplier, there will be no other changes to the terms or conditions during
the current contract duration
