CENNAT, Inc. d/b/a Fuel Georgia has filed revisions to its Terms and Conditions and Disclosure Statement for retail natural gas customers in Georgia, under which Fuel Georgia will increase the early cancellation fee to $200 for agreements other than month-to-month agreements

Currently, the early termination fee for agreements, other than month-to-month agreements, is $100

As is the case currently, the early cancellation fee will not be charged to a customer who is a low income residential customer seeking service for the first time from the Regulated Provider of Natural Gas.

The TOS and Disclosure Statement note that Fuel Georgia may waive the early termination fee in the sole discretion of Fuel Georgia

The revised TOS and Disclosure Statement remain subject to Georgia PSC approval
