Texas REP Files To Relinquish Certificate

BP Energy Holding Company LLC filed at the Texas PUC to relinquish its Option 1 retail electric provider certificate (certificate #10294)
Aside from the first page and a half, the entirety of the filing was apparently redacted
BP still holds two other Option 1 REP certificates in Texas: as BP Energy Company (certificate 10038) and as BP Energy Retail Company LLC (certificate 10153, acquired from EDF Energy Services)
