Utility Proposes Decrease In POR Discount Rate, To Just Above 1%

Delmarva Power & Light has filed at the Maryland PSC new purchase of receivables discount rates proposed to be effective July 1, 2024
For Residential customers, Delmarva proposed to set the POR discount at 1.2104%, down from the current 2.1803%
POR discounts for all other customer classes would remain at 0%
