Pa. PUC Cancels Licenses Of Retail Supplier, Brokers

The Pennsylvania PUC has cancelled the natural gas supplier (NGS) licenses of one retail supplier and four brokers.
The NGS license cancellations follow a prior tentative order in which the PUC had said that several named NGS licensees either had past due assessment and fee balances, or had failed to file an annual report. The tentative order had provided an opportunity for NGS licensees to cure any deficiencies, and several such entities did, thus retaining their licenses
Under a final order, the PUC said that the NGS licensees named below, "have not provided the annual revenue report or have not paid past due assessment and fee balances[.]"
NGS licensees who had their licenses cancelled by the Pennsylvania PUC under the final order are: BEST PRACTICE ENERGY LLC; EDF ENERGY SERVICES LLC; ENVIRON ENERGY LLC; FRONT LINE POWER SOLUTIONS LLC; and RELIABLE POWER ALTERNATIVES CORPORATION
