New York ESCO Granted Renewed Waiver To Serve Low-Income Customers

The New York PSC granted New Wave Energy, LLC an extension of its prior waiver allowing New Wave to serve assistance program participant customers with a guaranteed savings product
New Wave has stated that, under its service under a prior waiver, low-income customers served by New Wave have received a 3% savings compared to the default utility price, exceeding its guarantee of at least 1% savings.
The new waiver will be effective for 24 months
