Retail Supplier Raises Company's Minimum Wage

Gas South said that it is increasing its starting pay rate for regular, full time employees to $22/hour, an increase from $19/hour.
The new rate will go into effect May 13.
"In addition to raising starting pay, compensation for select current employees was reviewed and some will receive increased compensation to properly recognize experience and level of responsibility," Gas South said
