Winning Retail Suppliers Selected To Serve Low-Income Load Revealed

The Public Utilities Commission of Ohio has disclosed the winning retail suppliers selected in auctions to serve the load of electricity Percentage of Income Payment Plan (PIPP) customers, for the period June 1, 2024 to May 31, 2025
At AEP Ohio, Interstate Gas Supply, LLC was selected to serve 100% of PIPP load, with the Lowest Bid Price being $59.14/MWh
At the FirstEnergy Ohio EDCs, AEP Energy, Inc. was selected to serve 100% of PIPP load, with the Lowest Bid Price being $59.24 per MWh
At Dayton Power & Light (AES Ohio), Constellation NewEnergy, Inc. was selected to serve 100% of PIPP load, with the Lowest Bid Price being $61.61 per MWh
At Duke Energy Ohio, Constellation NewEnergy, Inc. was selected to serve 100% of PIPP load, with the Lowest Bid Price being $59.50 per MWh
