Retail Supplier Discloses Purchase Price For Customer Book Acquisition

Via Renewables, Inc. ("Via Renewables" or the "Company") reported the purchase price for its recently announced agreement to acquire approximately 12,500 RCEs in its existing markets
Via said that, "In April 2024, we entered into an asset purchase agreement to acquire up to approximately 12,500 RCEs for a cash purchase price of up to a maximum of $2.3 million."
These customers will begin transferring in the second quarter of 2024
Via Renewables did not in a first quarter earnings announcement disclose the retail supplier from which the RCEs are being acquired
