Retail Energy Supplier Acquired By Owner Of Another ESCO

Retail energy supplier Maven Energy, LLC, which operates in certain New England markets, has been acquired by Perry Wilson.
Wilson also owns Northeastern Power and Gas LLC, a licensed retail energy supplier in New York and New Jersey.
"This strategic acquisition marks a significant step towards our expansion into the New England market. We are thrilled about the opportunities this new venture will present," stated Wilson.
As previously reported, Maven Energy was founded by retail energy vet Andrew Fitzgerald.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
