Texas REP Files To Use Trade Name Recently Used By Competitor

Rhythm Ops, LLC, Texas REP certificate #10279, has filed for an amendment to its Texas REP certificate to add the trade name Energy Texas to the Rhythm Ops, LLC certificate
The Energy Texas trade name is currently listed on the REP certificate of Declaration Energy LLC (REP certificate #10281)
As noted in our related story today, Declaration Energy LLC has filed at the Texas Secretary of State to abandon use of the assumed name Energy Texas
Energy Texas customers were recently transferred to NRG Energy brands including Discount Power and Green Mountain Energy
Rhythm Ops, LLC averred in its amendment filing that Declaration Energy LLC, "is no longer serving customers in Texas using this assumed name [Energy Texas]."
