Energy Texas customers were transferred to NRG brands including Discount Power and Green Mountain Energy
Energy Texas had been a trade name of Declaration Energy LLC, REP certificate #10281
As noted in our related story today, Declaration Energy LLC has filed at the Texas Secretary of State to abandon use of the assumed name Energy Texas
Rhythm Ops, LLC, REP certificate #10279, has filed for an amendment to its Texas REP certificate to add the trade name Energy Texas to the Rhythm Ops, LLC certificate
Rhythm Ops, LLC averred in its amendment filing that Declaration Energy LLC, "is no longer serving customers in Texas using this assumed name [Energy Texas]."
