Retail Supplier To Withdraw License

EnerPenn USA, LLC d/b/a Y.E.P., d/b/a YEP Energy filed to withdraw its electric generation supplier license in Pennsylvania.
EnerPenn does not currently serve any customers in Pennsylvania, as all of its prior customer contracts have been sold and transferred.
As previously reported, EnerPenn sold its Pennsylvania customers to Clearview Electric Inc. last year
