Gas South To Expand To Several Mid-Atlantic States

Gas South is expanding to several Mid-Atlantic states
Gas South, LLC has applied for Pennsylvania and Virginia retail natural gas supplier licenses, and has stated an intent to file for gas supplier licenses in Maryland and the District of Columbia
In Pennsylvania, Gas South applied to serve all sizes of non-residential customers (and mixed meters) in all service areas, but said in the application that it, "plans to serve large commercial, industrial, and governmental end-users in the Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania."
In Maryland, Virginia, and D.C, Gas South said that it would serve, "commercial and industrial end-users."
Gas South's affiliate Infinite Energy, LLC has been licensed as a gas supplier in Pennsylvania (and has not served customers under such license), but Infinite Energy, LLC has contemporaneously filed to withdraw its Pennsylvania license
