Retail Energy Holding Co. Forms New Retail Supplier

Fanfare Energy, LLC has been newly formed to sell electricity at retail to residential and small commercial customers in Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, and Washington, District of Columbia.
Fanfare Energy is an indirect, wholly owned subsidiary of Energywell Parent, LLC
Energywell Parent also owns Think Energy, LLC
Investment vehicles of funds managed by general partners that are subsidiaries of Oaktree Capital Group, LLC (“Oaktree”) indirectly own 89.3% of the voting equity interests of Energywell Parent, and Hartree Partners, LP (“Hartree”) also holds 4.7% of the voting securities in Energywell Parent.
All of Oaktree’s Class A interests are currently owned by affiliates of Brookfield Corporation and Brookfield Asset Management Ltd.
Fanfare said, "Energywell Parent is also developing a best-in-class renewable energy technology platform that it believes will help deliver innovative renewable energy products to retail consumers and utilize data and automation to ensure that energy products are used sustainably."
