PSC Approves $650,000 Settlement With Retail Supplier

The Maryland PSC approved without modification a settlement among SFE Energy Maryland, Inc. d/b/a SFE or SFE Energy ('SFE'), the Staff of the Maryland Public Service Commission ('Staff'), and the Maryland Office of Peoples Counsel ('OPC') (collectively, the 'Settling Parties') under which, among other things, SFE is to pay a civil penalty of $150,000 and provide $400,000 in customer refunds
