Light Energy, LLC is 100% owned by Light Technology, Inc. ("Parent")

Two individuals hold director positions with the Parent of the Applicant: Baker Shogry and Adam Compain.

Shogry is President of the Applicant and President and Chief Executive Officer of the Parent

Compain is the Secretary of the Applicant and the Secretary of the Parent

Shogry previously served as Head of Product and Head of Operations at fintech and financial services company Plaid, known for its data network, covering 12,000 financial institutions across the US, Canada, UK and Europe, that allows customers to connect their financial accounts to the apps and services they want to use.

Compain is a digital transformation veteran, who previously served as New Product Incubation Lead at Google. Compain was also previously CEO & Founder of ClearMetal, which has been described as, "a market leader in international supply chain visibility and predictive analytics for enterprises," with a patented artificial intelligence (AI)

Light Energy, LLC did not seek authorization to collect customer deposits or prepayments.
