Applied Digital Signs Long-Term Energy Supply & Retail Electric Service Agreement For Texas Data Center

Applied Digital Corporation ("Applied Digital" or the "Company"), a designer, builder, and operator of digital infrastructure, today said that TerraForm Power, owned by Brookfield, has entered into, "a long term Retail Electric Service Agreement" with the Company for Applied Digital's 200-megawatt datacenter in Garden City, Texas, with TerraForm Power describing the agreement as including an, "energy supply solution."
The Garden City facility directly interconnects with a Wind Farm owned by TerraForm Power, located in Glasscock County, Texas.
