Update: PECO Final Price To Compare Falling 8% (Final Rate Available)

PECO has filed its update to its bypassable Rider TSC, transmission service charge, to be effective December 1, 2023
As previously reported, PECO has already filed updates to the bypassable Generation Supply Adjustment (GSA) charges for the period beginning December 1, 2023, but a new price to compare could not be calculated until the new TSC rates were filed today
For residential (Rates R, RH) customers, PECO's December 1, 2023 price to compare will be 8.917 cents per kWh, reflecting the new GSA and TSC. This is 8% lower than the current PTC of 9.672 cents per kWh
PECO's TSC charges C&I customers on a per billed transmission kW basis (not per kWh). PECO has not yet posted new PTCs for C&I customers reflecting the updated TSC
PA Power Switch appears to have updated the Rate GS, at or under 100 kW, PTC to reflect the new TSC, with the Rate GS at or under 100 kW PTC now listed as 8.790 cents per kWh, which is 9% lower than the current PTC of 9.679 cents per kWh
